This policy explains what personal information Lanbo Lab, Inc. ("Lanbo Lab", "we") collects through lanbolab.pro and our products, and how we use it. Customer content processed by Probe is governed by your order form and Data Processing Agreement, which take precedence over this page.
What we collect
Information you give us, such as your name, work email, company and the details you submit in demo or support forms. Basic usage data, such as pages visited and browser type, collected with privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
To respond to your requests, schedule demos, provide support, operate and secure our services, and send product updates you have opted into. We do not sell personal information.
Customer content
Prompts and outputs routed through Probe Guard are processed in memory and are not retained unless you enable Probe Trace. Customer content is never used to train models or classifiers outside your tenant.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
